Our website's default currency is USD, you can shop in your location currency, however the checkout page will return to USD. Follow the steps below to place your order:

Step-by-Step Guide to Place an Order

Explore our wide range of products by navigating through the different categories. Use the search bar to quickly find specific items you're interested in.

2. Select Your Product
Once you find a product you like, click on it to view more details. On the product page, choose the quantity, size, color, or any other applicable options. For product ingredients or how to use, please read directly under the "add to wishlist button" under the product image.

3. Add to Cart
Click the "Add to Cart" button. You can continue shopping and add more items to your cart or proceed to checkout if you’re ready to complete your purchase.

4. View Your Cart
Click on the cart icon at the top right corner of the page to review the items in your cart. Here, you can adjust quantities or remove items if needed.

5. Proceed to Checkout--> The Checkout page will return to USD
When you’re ready, click the "Checkout" button. This will take you to the checkout page where you can enter your card details or select options for cash payments.

*Ensure All Fields Are Filled, If You Enter False Information or submit a letter (H,C,R) as a first or last name your order will immediately be canceled*

6. Enter "Delivery" Information
Your country will be pre-selected as Barbados, enter your contact information as required. Fill in your shipping details, including your parish and postal code, if you do not know your postal code enter 5 zeros --> 00000 . Make sure to enter a valid shipping address where you can receive your order if it is being delivered.

7. Shipping Method
Select either collection or delivery from the available options. Delivery costs will be displayed in USD.

8. Enter Payment Information
Provide your payment details. We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, CIBC 1st Pay Bank Deposit or For CASH OPTIONS, you can choose cash on collection or cash on delivery.

9. Review and Place Your Order
Review your order summary, shipping details, and payment information. If everything is correct, click the "Pay Now" button to complete your purchase.

10. Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and order number, you will need your order number (Example: #1321) to book your collection or delivery.

10. Booking Collection Or Delivery
We are an Online Store and therefore not stationed at our collection point 24/7. The scheduling system works best for all parties involved, we encourage you to book to avoid disappointment with your collection/delivery dates and times. We do not reserve products unless the order has been successfully paid via card or CIBC transfer.
