Payment & Shipping Policy

 

At THE VAGINAL MINT, we value each and every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items are prepared for you as soon as humanly possible. Normally you would receive your order in 12-24 hours or 2 -4 days business days depending on the date that said order was placed.

 

HEALTH & SAFETY
As a result of COVID-19 all pick-up / collection orders are limited and redirected to delivery if possible.

    PAYMENT CONFIRMATION 
    • All payments are made online or at collection/delivery ,once you click buy now or if you proceed to the full checkout you WILL NOT be requested to enter your visa/credit card information.

    • A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is authorized and verified.

    • Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this time. However, we will do our best to support your request.
    PROCESSING
    • It normally takes 12 hours to process your order. Please note that holidays & weekends are not included.
    • All orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.
    SHIPPING 
    • WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF BARBADOS
    • All LOCAL ORDERS required for same day collection between Wednesday-Saturday must be submitted before 12pm and collected between 9am-5pm.
    • Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email with the tracking number. Next, download the Arrive App (renamed "shop") to enter tracking information and receive updates on your order.
